Photomart Consignment Agreement

Equipment on the inventory list is subject to inspection by Photomart. Only equipment in fully working order and requiring no service will be accepted for sale.

Consignors will be notified by phone or email of any non-working items on this inventory list. Any non-working items will be held for no longer then 60 days after which point the item will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of.

Consignment items unsold for 3 months will be re-evaluated for pricing. If consignment items remain unsold for 6 months, Photomart will extend its best efforts to contact the consignor to arrange to have the items returned at the consignor’s expense.

It is the consignor’s responsibility to contact Photomart with any address, phone number, and email changes.

If we cannot contact consignor to return unsold or non-working items, the items will be disposed of.

We will make every effort to sell your consigned photo equipment. It is the consignor’s responsibility to monitor and check on their equipment after 6 months.

If you are looking for a piece of quality used equipment, our consignment department has a variety of 35mm cameras, lenses and flashes. We also have a selection of Digital slr's, medium format cameras and lenses, and large format cameras and lenses. From time to time we have lighting systems, and other grip equipment.

When a customer brings a piece of equipment in for consignment, it is logged into our system, where it is thoroughly checked out and given our ok for sale. Each piece has its serial number checked by the Scottsdale Police Department pawn detail, so we can assure you that all of our consignment equipment has passed inspection , and we are offering for sale only the best quality used equipment .
